Monthly and quarterly data performance reports are continuing to be developed and circulated among the NW performance group alongside regular quarterly meetings taking place to discuss issues / progress that has occurred. Issues can be discussed within the group to share experiences and good practice can be shared. The quarterly meetings continue to be well attended and provide a learning platform with an appetite to work and support each other.
During the last financial year training sessions across North Wales has taken place and is now embedded within teams. The group is currently working on the challenges with TOP’s reporting to enforce a consistent approach for North Wales.
While the APB continue the work with and support providers the commitment and effort shown by all the key providers has been evident and as a result their data performance has improved during Q1 and has continued into Q2.

North Wales – Performance for Q2 has improved, cumulative figure consistent and well under Welsh Government target of 20%
KPI 2 – Waiting times from Referral to Treatment (20 days)
North Wales – Quarter 2 performance improvement on Q1 -North Wales performance during quarter 2 has achieved GREEN status under 80%
KPI 3 – SM is reduced for problematic substances between start and most recent review / exit TOP
North Wales – Quarter 2 performance is showing an improvement against Q1 which remains consistent and showing GREEN status
KPI 4 – Quality of life is improved between start and most recent review / exit TOP
North Wales – Slight dip in Q2 performance still above Wales 14/15 baseline of 56.90%
